RETURN POLICY

Due to high industry standards, there is no return on canvases, books or charts. Fibers will also not be accepted for return. This rule has been established to protect the future customer who might be allergic to pet dander, and or household dust that might remain on that fiber that is returned and then resold. Accessories will be refunded only if they are sealed in their original packaging. All items purchased are subject to a 30-day return policy.
